Jake Paul vs Gervonta Davis card also features undisputed clash as four title fights get added to Netflix showcase

The day after Jake Paul and Gervonta Davis hosted their first press conference, the undercard for their bout has been revealed.

On November 14, a controversial exhibition bout between two huge boxing stars will be heading to Netflix.

The massive size discrepancy between Paul and Davis has led to this bout receiving a lot of criticism from the moment that it was announced.

Further details for their bout were provided at the press conference in New York City, including the ruleset for Paul vs Davis.

We now also know what the rest of the card will look like at the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida.

Four title fights set for Jake Paul vs Gervonta Davis undercard including Alycia Baumgardner

While some fans have already dismissed Jake Paul vs Gervonta Davis as a fight that they’ll tune in for, the rest of the bouts on the card are very different to the exhibition headliner.

Paul and Most Valuable Promotions have a history of putting on big women’s fights, and November 14 will continue this trend.

The co-main event in Miami will see Alycia Baumgardner face Leila Beaudon for the unified super featherweight world championship across 12, three-minute rounds.

Baumgardner recently vacated her WBC title due to the governing body’s president, Mauricio Sulaiman, still opposing the men’s ruleset for women’s boxing.

Two other women’s bouts have been announced, with Ellie Scotney taking on Mayelli Flores for the undisputed super bantamweight titles while Yokatsa Valle meets Yadira Bustillos for the WBC strawweight belt.

At just 27 years old, Scotney will be the youngest fighter from the UK to have fought for an undisputed championship.

Gary Russell will also be in action, defending his WBA junior welterweight title against his mandatory challenger, Andy Hiraoka.

The one non-title fight that has been announced takes place between Avious Griffin and Cesar Francis.

Dana White shared his early prediction for Jake Paul vs Gervonta Davis

Dana White is famously not a big fan of Jake Paul or his boxing career.

However, he admitted on Logan Paul’s Impaulsive podcast that he doesn’t ‘hate’ the host’s brother.

That doesn’t mean he didn’t call out both of them for taking exhibition fights against much smaller opponents.

“You guys need to fight guys your f—ing same size. When you fought Floyd [Mayweather], you are massive, you’re a massive f—ing dude. Floyd’s tiny, and I’m sure when you were training, you’re like, ‘Alright, I’m gonna hit this guy with a couple punches and grab him, tie him up’.”

White went on to say that while he believes ‘Tank’ can do substantially more damage than Mayweather could, he thinks the size difference will be too big of a factor to overcome.

“Gervonta, I think, hits way harder than f—— Floyd, but he’s too small. I mean, your brother’s going to be able to get inside on him, put his weight on him, tie him up.”
