Conor McGregor labels dream venue the location for his ‘final UFC fight’ after seeing stunning sculpture

Conor McGregor is dreaming of where he will compete in his last dance.

Many fans had already come to the conclusion that it was highly unlikely that we would see the biggest star in MMA ever make a return to the sport.

However, this changed once details were shared regarding a UFC event at the White House in 2026, which McGregor is supposedly “dead serious” about fighting on.

‘The Notorious’ always seemed like a strong candidate to headline this card due to this likely being one of the biggest events that the promotion has ever put together.

With McGregor seemingly putting in the work to get back to the Octagon, there seems to be another dream venue that would inspire this level of commitment from ‘The Mac’.

Conor McGregor names 1,000,000 capacity stadium sculpture as the venue for his last UFC fight

While alternative options to Conor McGregor have been pitched for the White House, his star status likely makes him the frontrunner for the main event.

Getting to be a part of this landmark event might finally be the extra push that ‘The Notorious’ needed to completely commit himself to fighting one more time.

However, as McGregor recently suggested on social media, there is another location that would do this, though it doesn’t actually exist as a venue.

The former UFC lightweight and featherweight champion shared an Instagram post to his story from the Contemporary100 art account.

They posted several days ago images of the “Vitruvian Figure”, a sculpture made by Paul Pfeiffer in 2008.

The miniature sculpture is of a 1,000,000 seater stadium that was created in collaboration with the architects that designed the Olympic Stadium in Sydney, Australia.

“I’ve found the location of my final UFC fight,” McGregor wrote above the post on his Instagram story.

‘The Notorious’ also commented on the post itself, claiming that he believes he could pack the stadium out all by himself.

“McGregor vs who gives a f—, it’s selling.”

Daniel Cormier believes that it isn’t just the White House that is luring Conor McGregor back

It seemed like from the moment that the UFC’s event at the White House was announced, Conor McGregor decided that he wasn’t going to miss out on this opportunity.

Daniel Cormier recently stated on ESPN MMA’s Good Guy / Bad Guy that he believes there’s another factor that is at play.

Cormier argued that he thinks McGregor’s decision to return is also due to him realizing that people aren’t as invested in him because he hasn’t fought in a long time.

“I think the biggest factor in why Conor McGregor may fight is because no one believes him anymore and some of that shine is starting to wear off. It doesn’t matter how much money you’ve got Chael [Sonnen], when you’re a guy that develops the level of stardom that he reached, when you’re a guy that loves the attention and the adulation and it starts to fade, then you come back and you do what you did before.”

“I think he’s coming back, but it’s not because he wants to compete,” Cormier said. “I think he understands now that people just aren’t in on the Conor McGregor business anymore.”
