The winner of the dream matchup between Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford will earn a very expensive keepsake.
With the incredible legacies that both have already built in their careers, there was already a lot on the line on September 13.
Alvarez will need to snap a four-year streak to walk away with the night’s knockout bonus but this financial incentive isn’t the only additional prize that the fighters can win.
The Ring recently revealed a one-of-a-kind belt that the victor will receive which is currently on display for fans to get up close with in Las Vegas.
Not to be outdone, another one of the governing bodies who have a belt on the line this weekend has also looked to put their money where their mouth is.

Fans react to Canelo Alvarez vs Terence Crawford winner earning the first-ever WBC Crown Series ring
Rather than a special version of their belt being created for this fight, the WBC have come up with a different way to award the winner a unique gift.
The governing body recently revealed the first WBC Crown Series Undisputed Championship ring which is valued at over $100,000.
Nearly 10 carats of stones decorate a golden ring that features the green WBC belt in the center, but there is more than meets the eye with this trophy.
The top of the ring twists off to unveil the Allegiant Stadium underneath it with even more fine details, as seen in the video below.
While fans were certainly impressed with the design and craftsmanship of the ring, they also argued that it feels like the WBC are trying too hard to gain attention and importance on fight week.
‘Now they are overdoing it.’
‘This is what the sanctioning fees are going towards. Anything to please top earning fighters while top fighters ain’t even asking for it.’
‘WBC always doing too much.’
‘What’s the sanctioning fee on this going to be?’
‘They’ve run out of belt ideas so now moving on to rings.’
‘That dude Mauricio [Sulaiman] trying to be involved so bad man, that’s sad.’

Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford both believe that they’re rich in more ways than financial wealth
A wholesome moment ahead of September 13 occurred when Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford appeared alongside one another for an interview on Piers Morgan Uncensored.
The conversation became slightly awkward when Morgan was asking both men about how much they’re worth, before the two boxing icons both changed direction to speak about their families.
This led to a hilarious moment where Alvarez reacted to finding out how many children Crawford has.
Ultimately, as Alvarez’s spending habits ahead of the fight have shown, these additional trinkets aren’t going to influence either man’s performance or decision-making on Saturday night.
