Having gained a BA (Hons) degree in sports journalism in 2012, Liam boasts over 12 years of experience in global sports coverage. He has held a variety of sport-based media positions such as feature writing and live event reporting while working with companies like Hearst Magazines and Snack Media. He has had a passion for combat sports for eight years, and it was sparked into life while working as a feature writer for Men’s Health in 2015. Here, he took on first-hand experience with the fitness aspects of mixed martial arts in some gruelling workout camps, and also had the opportunity to interview leading martial arts professionals.
