Derek Schott is the Bloody Elbow Community Manager, a writer, and the self designated “Heavy” of the BE staff. He joined Bloody Elbow in 2012 and started contributing fanposts in 2013. In 2016 he was selected to be a moderator and was made Community Manager in 2017. While he has never trained in any combat sport he did watch a lot of Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers and WCW Nitro/Thunder while growing up. He's a St. Louis native which means he likes Bud Light and Imos pizza. He currently co-writes the Retro TUF Recap (RTR) series with Victor Rodriguez.
