Two UFC veterans with a combined 50 fights in the Octagon clashed on Saturday night.
Mike Perry put his ‘King of Violence’ title on the line against Jeremy Stephens at BKFC 82.
Several security guards stopped them from coming to blows weeks before their bare-knuckle bout.
No one stood in the way when they went to war in Newark, New Jersey, on Saturday night.

Mike Perry vs Jeremy Stephens result
Mike Perry survived some early adversity to retain his ‘King of Violence’ title at BKFC 82.
The 34-year-old got wobbled with a massive punch inside the first 30 seconds, but the famously tough former MMA fighter quickly shook it off.
Stephens couldn’t miss with his overhand right. Still, Perry continued to march forward through the fire to find his own success during a wild two-minute frame.
Round two was pure carnage. Perry looked the fresher fighter when it was over.
Stephens backed up to the ropes and looked gassed as his opponent charged him down with reckless abandon at the end of the second stanza.
The pressure was too much for Stephens in round three. ‘Lil Heathen’ was forced to take a knee, but he just about managed to survive to see a fourth frame.
Stephens came out swinging big shots, but Perry didn’t move, and it wasn’t long before he scored another knockdown. ‘Platinum’ floored his opponent again when he bravely got back to his feet. It was the bell that saved Stephens this time.
Perry ate a massive overhand right at the start of round five, but Stephens was unable to capitalize, and it wasn’t long before he suffered another knockdown. One more knockdown made it five in total, which was enough to convince the referee to finally wave off the bout.
Conor McGregor threatened to fire Mike Perry
Conor McGregor upped the stakes during a BKFC 82 pre-fight press conference on Thursday.
The UFC legend sparked a heated argument with Mike Perry by threatening to fire ‘Platinum’ again.
BKFC’s famous co-owner ‘sacked’ his best fighter for losing against Jake Paul in July 2024.
Perry was not happy when McGregor insisted he would be fighting to save his career at BKFC 82.
“If you don’t perform, you’re gone,” the former dual-weight UFC champion said.
“If you don’t perform, you can go and do all these Mickey Mouse fights that no one gives a f— about.
“[Fights] that’ll generate nothing, and we won’t give a f— here at bare knuckle.”
It seems Perry’s job is safe after a brutal and dominant win over Stephens at BKFC 82.
