Jake Paul has shared an outlandish AI video of himself kissing Gervonta Davis during their face-off at Tuesday’s launch press conference.
Paul and Davis travelled from New York to Miami yesterday to continue press week for their November 14 meeting on Netflix. The pair were much more animated, making big money bets and going back-and-forth with coaches and management alike.
However, things got a little strange when the social media star-turned-boxer took to Instagram after the event to share a video of their second face-off. Instead of posting the raw footage, he appeared to use AI to show the pair getting much closer than they did in real life.

Jake Paul ‘kisses’ Gervonta Davis in bizarre new video
It is standard practice for Jake Paul to post outlandish content in order to promote his fights, and he went back to one of his old tricks on Tuesday evening. After facing off with Gervonta Davis, he shared his own footage of the moment, except with one key change.
The video was clearly altered by AI to show the pair kissing, instead of pushing and shoving as they actually did. This is not the first time Paul has used this stunt, doing the same ahead of his fight with Mike Tyson last year.
Within hours the clip had garnered just shy of 3million views, following the 13million he accrued for their first face-off yesterday. Paul is known for making viral content, and it appears this was no different as he baffled viewers.
Fans joke AI should be limited after latest Jake Paul stunt
Paul’s outlandish video led to some confused comments from fans who were expecting a standard face-off video. He is known for getting his footage out quickly, with his assistants in the perfect spot to get the best angle, so seeing this new version was truly bizarre.

“AI NEEDS A LIMIT,” one fan wrote. Others joked that “Haters will say it’s AI.” Another added “My heart stopped for a second.”
Even Tik Tok star and Misfits Boxing fighter Salt Papi got involved, simply writing “Ayoo”. One fan cheekily commented: “Now post an AI version.”
