UFC goes back down under with the promotion’s fourth visit to Perth for a massive fight night on September 27th.

The main event features Dominik Reyes, who gave Jon Jones his biggest scare at UFC 247, battling in a top-of-the-rankings clash against Carlos Ulberg.

Both men are in the top 10 rankings in the Light Heavyweight division, with Ulberg sitting at #3 and hoping that a win will earn him a shot against the champion Magomed Ankalaev.

Dan Hooker rejected a fight at UFC Perth after the UFC 317 incident

One man who won’t be on the card is New Zealand native Dan Hooker, who won’t be competing in the octagon in Australia.

Hooker turned down the chance to fight at UFC Perth after the promotion canceled his tickets to attend the event to watch teammate Kai Kara-France compete.

The Kiwi fighter looked certain to be the next challenger for the UFC Lightweight title, but his strained relationship with the company has contributed to his lack of bookings since last year.

Despite him missing out, UFC Perth still has an impressive card that fight fans will not want to miss.
