Mike Tyson didn’t take it easy on YouTube star MrBeast as he sent him tumbling to the floor with a body punch tonight.
Both Tyson and MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, were watching on from a box at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas for Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford’s super-fight. The bout is being broadcast on Netflix, and has attracted a star-studded crowd.
And with boxing’s most powerful man Turki Alalshikh cheering the pair on, they agreed to a stunt where former undisputed heavyweight champion Tyson would punch the social media star. Needless to say, it ended in pain for MrBeast.

Mike Tyson sends MrBeast to the floor with a punch
In a bizarre and dangerous social media stunt this evening MrBeast decided to take a body shot from Mike Tyson in order to help promote Canelo Alvarez vs Terence Crawford on Netflix. The social media star has never boxed, while the ex-heavyweight champion is still in somewhat fighting shape at 59.
“Mike Tyson is about to punch me because thanks to Riyadh Season Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford is about to happen,” Donaldson told the camera.
“It literally starts within an hour so you have to go and watch it after this. To raise awareness, I’m going to take a punch from Mike Tyson whenever you’re ready.”
Tyson then slammed him with a shot, which sent Donaldson stumbling down the steps on the Allegiant Stadium. He could hardly get through the rest of his plug for the event.
Mike Tyson is preparing for ring return in 2026
Despite the disappointment of his showing against Jake Paul last year, and the fact he turns 60 next year, Mike Tyson is plotting a return to the ring. He will take on fellow boxing icon Floyd Mayweather in an exhibition that pits generations against one another.

“When CSI came to me about stepping in the ring with Floyd Mayweather,” Tyson said in a press release. “I thought, ‘No way this happens,’ but Floyd said yes. This fight is something neither the world nor I ever thought would or could happen.
“However, boxing has entered a new era of the unpredictable—and this fight is as unpredictable as it gets. I still can’t believe Floyd wants to really do this. It’s going to be detrimental to his health, but he wants to do it, so it’s signed and it’s happening!”
