Fans have accused Dirty Boxing of creating the ugliest belt in combat sports history.
Former UFC star Jairzinho Rozenstruik will look to become the promotion’s first heavyweight champion at Dirty Boxing 3 [DBX 3].
Rakim Cleveland is the man who will stand in his way at The Hangar in Miami, Florida, on Friday night.
24 hours before their clash, Jon Jones and Mike Perry revealed the belt they will be fighting for.
Fans slam ‘ugly’ Dirty Boxing belt
After all of the fighters, including Bryan Battle, made weight for DBX 3, Perry and Jones showcased the recently created heavyweight title.
MMA’s greatest-ever fighter wrapped the belt around the waist of Perry, who lifted both of his hands into the air to celebrate.
Jones gave an approving nod as he eyed the title, which has since been slammed by fans on social media.
“Ugly but unique,” one fan said. While another added: “This is the worst belt design I’ve ever seen.”
“I think the design department should be sacked, that’s hideous,” a third person tweeted.
“Ugliest belt of all time lmfao brotha got a metallic pizza box for a belt,” someone else said.
“Incredibly ugly belt,” another X user wrote.
“Looks super wack,” a sixth fan commented.
