Conor McGregor shows off Chuck Liddell inspired hair transformation as fans share hilarious reaction

Whilst continuing to enjoy his time away from combat sports, Conor McGregor has opted to sport a new look as he has shown off his new hair transformation to his fans.

Former UFC double champion Conor McGregor hasn’t fought inside the Octagon for over four years when he broke his ankle during his trilogy fight against Dustin Poirier.

Despite that, the Irishman expressed his interest in making his return to action after U.S. president Donald Trump recently announced that the UFC will host a one-of-a-kind event at the White House next year.

However, ‘The Notorious’ is still yet to register a drug test since taking himself out of the testing pool when he failed to make his return last year at UFC 303.

McGregor shows off hair transformation as he copies UFC legend

Although the Irishman is seemingly miles off making his return to the sport, UFC boss Dana White recently teased that he and McGregor will be meeting soon to discuss his return.

During his time out of the Octagon, McGregor has been up to his usual antics, continuing to stay in the headlines for his antics online and outside of the cage.

And with that, the former UFC double champion has shown off his new hair transformation on Monday, with a look inspired by UFC legend and one of White’s favorite fighters ever, Chuck Liddell.

Fans react to McGregor’s new Liddell look

Before McGregor, ‘The Iceman’ was widely regarded as the UFC’s biggest star and McGregor likely took a lot of inspiration from Liddell’s career.

“Bruh, it’s over we’re in the mohawk McGregor era,” one fan reacted to McGregor’s new look.

“It’s giving Chuck Liddell,” another fan reacted.

“Conor ‘The Iceman’ McGregor,” a third fan said.

When McGregor first burst onto the scene in the UFC as a 25-year-old, he donned a mohawk style haircut before then switching up his style.

“Conor warrior style,” UFC middleweight contender Paulo Costa reacted.
