Jake Paul’s role as boxing’s biggest disruptor extends beyond his efforts in the ring.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer crashed the Netflix servers when over 60 million people tuned in to his fight against 58-year-old heavyweight legend Mike Tyson last November.
Since then, he’s bought a $39 million ranch, beat former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., and earned himself a top 15 cruiserweight ranking from the WBA.
However, Jake Paul’s best work is arguably coming outside the ring as a boxing promoter.

Jake Paul set to break world record
Paul will host an all-female boxing card at Madison Square Garden on Saturday night.
In the main event, undisputed super lightweight champion Katie Taylor will put her belts on the line in a trilogy fight against unified featherweight world champion Amanda Serrano.
Taylor’s titles are just some of the 17 straps up for grabs across five bouts at New York’s most famous venue this weekend.
The historic night will feature three undisputed championship fights and two unified championship bouts in total, which will see Paul’s promotional outlet set a new Guinness World Record.
If everything goes according to plan, Most Valuable Promotions [MVP] will hold the record for hosting an event with the most world championship belts ever contested on a single fight card.
Most Valuable Promotions react to record
On Tuesday, Paul’s team issued a statement about their world record attempt.
Along with his MVP co-founder Nakisa Bidarian, Logan Paul’s little brother talked up the significance of their latest show, which they believe is a historically significant occasion for women’s boxing.
“This is exactly the kind of history we set out to make when we founded Most Valuable Promotions,” Paul and Bidarian said in a press release.
“Breaking a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title for most world championship belts ever contested on a single fight card this Friday at Taylor vs. Serrano 3 would be a landmark moment for both boxing and women’s sports.
“There’s no place more fitting for this moment than the world’s most iconic arena, Madison Square Garden. With a global platform on Netflix and the best women’s fighters on the planet, Friday, July 11 is set to be a record-breaking night the world will never forget.”
