Marvin Vettori’s next fight
Vettori’s next fight is at UFC 318, where “The Italian Dream” takes on Brendan Allen on the preliminary card.
Their rivalry began not in the octagon, but after a PFL event in the casino. Vettori had a disagreement with Tuco Tokkos, before Allen stepped to attack Vettori, throwing punches and pushing, sending him back into a roulette table.
This occurred in August 2024, and it has taken nearly a year to get these two fighters to step into the octagon to face each other in what should be a heated contest.

Vettori has battled Roman Dolidze twice in his UFC career so far. The pair first faced off at UFC 286, where the Italian fighter won via unanimous decision after three rounds in London, England.
The second bout was much less fruitful for Vettori. The rematch saw him beaten over five rounds in the main event of UFC Vegas, with Dolidze improving on his last fight with a big victory to tie their record 1-1.
A third fight could happen in the future to decide who is truly the best out of these two warriors.
Marvin Vettori vs Karl Roberson
Vettori’s fight with Karl Roberson was postponed from its original location in Kazakhstan to UFC Las Vegas on June 13, 2020.
Roberson missed the weight limit by 2.5 lbs before being hospitalized with rhabdomyolysis. This angered Vettori, who had an argument with his opponent in a hotel lobby that was witnessed by fans and forced security to intervene.
Roberson missed weight again for their rematch, being fined 30% of his purse for the fight. Things went from bad to worse when Vettori choked him out to win in the first round, earning him a performance of the night bonus.
