Jake Paul rips into Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford ahead of fight on Dana White’s first-ever boxing card

Jake Paul has attempted to get under the skin of both Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford ahead of their blockbuster clash.

On September 13, Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford will clash in one of the biggest boxing fights in recent history when they fight for the Undisputed Super Middleweight title at the Allegiant Stadium.

Initially it was announced that Dana White would promote the event with his new boxing promotion TKO Boxing, alongside Turki Alalshikh, however things went quiet.

Despite that, Alalshikh recently announced that White will promote the event and then it was announced shortly after that the blockbuster event would stream live on Netflix.

Jake Paul rips into Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford for pre-fight meal together

Someone who may be hopeful of doing a co-promoted fight with TKO Boxing in the future is Jake Paul.

‘The Problem Child’ is scheduled to take on Julio Cesar Chavez Jr on June 28 in his first fight since his controversial win against boxing legend Mike Tyson.

Before Paul can consider potentially working alongside TKO Boxing, though, he must patch up his relationship with White, who he has continuously feuded with over the past few years.

Earlier this year, an agreement had been reached for Paul to take on Canelo in a huge super fight but Alalshikh stepped in on the eleventh hour to prevent the fight from happening.

This week, Canelo and Crawford took part in their first press conference, which White no-showed as he is in Baku for UFC Baku this Saturday.

Following the press conference, the boxing stars shared a meal together in the presence of Alalshikh, which resulted in a scolding from ‘The Problem Child’.

“That’s some goofy s—. Imagine (Lionel) Messi and (Cristiano) Ronaldo grabbing dinner before a legit match against each other. Goofy,” Paul commented on an image of Canelo and Crawford eating together.

Jake Paul could still end up fighting Canelo Alvarez

If the 28-year-old successfully beats the former WBC Middleweight champion on June 28, he could move ever closer to a fight against the current Mexican champion.

Whether or not Canelo beats Crawford, he will undoubtedly be the focus of any of Paul’s callouts going forward, with ‘The Problem Child’ seeing it as another potential super fight.
