Dana White raged at Chael Sonnen and Wanderlei Silva after the UFC legends came to blows while filming The Ultimate Fighter.
During a particularly explosive season of the popular show, ‘The American Gangster’ and ‘The Axe Murderer’ were given the job of coaching opposing teams.
Of course, things didn’t go to plan, with the pair eventually ending up in a brawl themselves.
And it didn’t go down too well with the president of the promotion.

Dana White branded Chael Sonnen and Wanderlei Silva ‘thugs’
Wanderlei Silva is one of the scariest men in MMA history. Renowned for his frightening style inside the cage, the Brazilian was capable of intimidating even the most fearsome of opponents.
Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson said every fighter in Japan was scared of Silva, aside from him.
However, by the looks of things, Chael Sonnen wasn’t too concerned with what the icon was bringing to the table either.
After arguing back and forth, when his rival approached him, the wrestler pushed his foe and said the famous words, ‘I can’t let you get close’.
Silva then launched a right hand, which Sonnen ducked under before executing a takedown. The pair then proceeded to brawl on the floor until they were eventually separated.
Unsurprisingly, upon discovering what had happened, Dana White wasn’t best pleased, with the businessman sending the pair a stern message.
During an episode of the show, White asserted: “People thought that this sport was full of thugs and gorillas, and that’s exactly what you two acted like yesterday.
“You’re professional athletes, who get paid lots of money to compete against one another to find out who is the best.
“If you would like to fight for free, that would be f—— awesome, but I would assume you wouldn’t want to do that, right?
“Please do me a favor, and show the sport you are in some respect, show yourself some respect, and let’s keep this thing cool for the rest of the season, please.”
Chael Sonnen opened up about street fighting Jorge Masvidal
While White wasn’t overjoyed by Sonnen’s antics on The Ultimate Fighter, it hasn’t put the esteemed grappler off brawling in the future.
Renowned for his trash talk, the retired athlete has annoyed many of the sport’s greatest competitors, including Jorge Masvidal.
Unsurprisingly, the former middleweight world title challenger isn’t afraid of ‘Gamebred’.
Showcasing confidence in abundance, Sonnen explained what would happen if he fought Masvidal and four other people at once.
