Dana White was sent into a frenzy during the recent episode of The Ultimate Fighter after a first round war ended in a brutal knockout.
This past Tuesday, the third episode of The Ultimate Fighter 33 was released as Daniel Cormier and Chael Sonnen continue to go head to head as coaches.
In the first episode, Cormier’s team suffered a loss when Joseph Morales submitted Eduardo Henrique in the first round, setting Sonnen off with a strong start.
Despite that, in week two Cormier’s team made it off the mark when Daniil Donchenko beat Richard Martins to become the first welterweight semifinalist.

This past Tuesday the third episode aired as flyweights Imanol Rodriguez and Arshiyan Memon clashed in the cage.
Early on, the Indian fighter from team Sonnen looked to put on the forward pressure and back Rodriguez up against the cage.
The 7-0 prospect landed a few leg kicks early on, nullifying the movement of his Mexican opponent. Despite that, after a body kick attempt by Memon, Rodriguez caught it and unleashed a few hooks on the chin of the Indian.
A minute into the round, Rodriguez was caught with a nasty heavy groin kick which resulted in a recovery break.
“Damn, that was hard and that was all cup,” UFC boss Dana White reacted as he watched from cageside.
Coming out from the recovery break, Rodriguez looked to start dictating the pace more, showcasing his extremely fast hands.
A minute and a half into the round, the Mexican flyweight landed a huge body kick on Memon and he immediately retreated in pain.
“Man, there’s some tough motherf—— on this season,” White said as the two went hell for leather.
“Damn, this fight has got me on the edge of my seat, man,” he continued.
“Wow, holy s— what a f—— fight, wow! Damn, that was a badass fight! That’s one the best fights I’ve seen in a minute. Imanol looks like the kind of fighter we want in the flyweight division,” the UFC boss said as Imanol Rodriguez scored the finish over Memon.

Although the Indian prospect suffered his first loss, he put on an incredible show in front of the UFC boss, and that is something White will remember going forward.
Following the fight, White went over to Memon to comfort him in defeat, congratulating him for putting on a great show.
“Hey, ridiculous fight, that’s one of the best fights I’ve seen in a minute, man, great fight! Don’t be down, kid, you’ll be back, great fight, great heart unbelievable chin, great coming back from a f—— body shot, I mean, everything, unbelievable fight, congrats,” White said.
