Joshua Van stood with flowers waiting to surprise his mom with the house he had bought her.

All of their family and friends gathered beside a massive balloon display that read, ‘Welcome home’.

Confetti flew into the air in the heartwarming footage as Van’s mom reacted to the surprise gift.

The video cuts to everyone outside popping and spraying champagne bottles to celebrate.

Van and his mom beamed from ear to ear as they toasted their glasses before the wholesome video ended.

What’s next for Joshua Van?

Believe it or not, Joshua Van is set to return to the Octagon in a few weeks’ time.

Dana White has given Van a shot at the number one flyweight contender following UFC 316.

Brandon Royval was supposed to square off against Manel Kape at UFC 317 on June 28.

However, ‘Starboy’ has been forced out of the bout after breaking his foot in training.

“Manel Kape is out. Joshua Van is stepping in,” Royval confirmed on his Instagram on Monday.

“I have zero idea on the extent of Manel Kape’s injuries, but I do know that I have the hottest prospect and probably the most exciting UFC flyweight in front of me.

“Nothing changes for me as far as like what’s in front of me. I got a gangster that’s ready to take my head off and earn his name off of me…

“So, I appreciate the matchup, and then also just excited to f—— be in what I think is probably the most exciting matchup in the flyweight division and be aligned on the same flyweight title card as Pantoja and Kai Kara-France.”
