President Donald Trump was in attendance for UFC 316 this Saturday for a huge UFC title fight double-header.
This Saturday, the UFC returned to Newark, New Jersey for UFC 316 with a huge title fight double header as the main and co-main event.
In the main event, Sean O’Malley looked for redemption over Merab Dvalishvili after ‘The Machine’ dominated their first meeting last September at the historic UFC 306.
And in the co-main event, Julianna Pena finally defended her women’s bantamweight title against Kayla Harrison after Harrison scarily made championship weight for the first time.
Although the event already had a ‘big fight feel’, it was made even bigger when President Donald Trump walked out with Dana White just moments before the beginning of the blockbuster main card.

UFC 316 crowd erupts as Dana White walks out with President Donald Trump
President Trump has been an avid UFC fan for several years now, making multiple appearances at UFC events over the years.
UFC boss White has received a lot of criticizm over fight week as he didn’t attend any of the pre-fight festivities, from the pre-fight press conference to the ceremonial weigh-ins.
On the UFC 316 prelims, fans were fortunate enough to see a knockout of the year contender, along with several other bizarre moments inside of the cage.
However, the biggest pop came when White walked out with President Trump, sending the fans in the Prudential Center into a frenzy.
Trump has had a week in the headlines after sparking a feud with famous businessman, Elon Musk. The two have bizarrely been trading barbs online all week, despite having previously been good friends.
After walking into the packed out arena, Trump went over and greeted the UFC commentary team consisting of Joe Rogan, who has had Musk on his podcast several times.
Along with greeting the commentary team, Trump greeted one of the baddest men of all time, Mike Tyson, who was also in attendance for the blockbuster event.
Dana White continues to worry UFC fans with continuous no-showing
The criticizm White has received this week isn’t the first time in recent months that UFC fans have piled on the UFC boss.
White also no-showed the UFC 315 post-fight press conference last month, infuriating the fans as he avoided questions regarding the then-not announced UFC 317 main event, along with avoiding any questions regarding Jon Jones’ future in the sport.
