Andrew Tate could be heading back to the ring after his promoter received a $22million offer to stage his first fight in half a decade.
The controversial influencer is a former ISKA and Enfusion kickboxing champion, but was forced to retire due to eye injuries that cost him his last few fights. Back in 2016, years before he found infamy online, he was forced to quit against Ibrahim El Boustati in what signalled the end of his top level career.
Since then he has had fights and won, but against a much lower level of opposition. Now, he is looking at a return to action against Russian influencer Tamaev who is best known for introducing the world to Hasbulla and Abdu Rozik many years ago.

Andrew Tate faces $22million offer for fighting comeback
Prior to a string of legal issues that saw him restricted to Romania for a number of years, Andrew Tate had been eyeing a return to fighting. Exhibition bouts with the likes of Logan Paul, KSI and even Floyd Mayweather were all touted, until he was arrested at the end of 2022.
One man who has stuck with Tate through it all is British entrepreneur Tam Khan, who promotes fights in the UAE as well as owning a successful gym. He has been pushing for a comeback fight since last summer, when the kickboxer was still under house arrest, and now has a concrete offer on the table.
Taking to X, Khan wrote: “Been sent an offer of $22m +ppv cut to make this fight in either Dubai or Moscow. @Cobratate vs Tamaeev a Russian influencer. Top G promotions alongside TK events in collaboration with the organiser. Boxing rules.”
The tweet was accompanied by a video showing Tate facing off with Tamaaev, who famously broadcast the original ‘press conferences’ between Hasbulla and Abdu Rozik. Known as the ‘Chechen Hulk’, Tamaaev is 2-0 in MMA and has a long background in combat and body building.
Andrew Tate has returned to training ahead of fighting return
Ahead of his planned ring return, Tate has been back at the TKMMA gym in Dubai. Training at the same facility as the likes of Khamzat Chimaev, he has been one of the big names known to appear at the space since returning to the Middle East earlier this year.
At the start of the month, he was spotted taking on sixty sparring partners in one brutal session, dropping a number of the competitors. Former UFC star and The Ultimate Fighter contender Luke Barnatt joined him, as well as his brother Tristan who was restricted to the corner by injury.

Barnatt posted a video to his Instagram declaring that the team were going to be ‘punishing themselves’ in the session. “Big group of here at TKMMA as you can see,” he told fans on social media in an Instagram story.
“And we’re going to suffer. We’re going to do four hours work in the sunshine? I’m going to beat the f— out of this guy [Tate].” When he joked that they were ‘going to kill people’ in the session, Tate replied in a similar sarcastic tone that they would ‘not kill, just maim’.
