This past Saturday, former UFC champion Cris Cyborg returned to the boxing ring in San Jose to take on Precious Harris-McCray.
Since her exit from the UFC in 2019, Cris Cyborg has put together a historic run of wins in both MMA and boxing, showcasing her striking talents in both sports.
Currently under contract with the PFL following its acquisition of Bellator, Cyborg has continuously aired her issues with the PFL brass, claiming that they are not giving her fights, which is resulting in inactivity.
To combat that, though, the feared Brazilian has been tearing through the boxing ranks, scoring KO after KO, rapidly becoming a potential star in boxing.

Cris Cyborg scores first-round KO in boxing clash
Having not fought under the PFL banner since last October, the former UFC champion returned to the boxing ring this past Saturday, when she took on Precious Harris-McCray at Fight Night 3 in San Jose.
This past March, Cyborg returned to the boxing ring and scored a third-round knockout win against Valentina Angarita.
The 39-year-old went on to score another impressive knockout when she finished Harris-McCray in the first round after a barrage of punches.
Cris Cyborg trolls Claressa Shields following recent KO win
For several years now, Cyborg has been involved in an online feud with boxing world champion Claressa Shields, as she has continued to try to set up an MMA fight against ‘T-Rex’.
Shields has also fought under the PFL banner on three separate occasions, winning two and losing the other, blaming her lack of fights on ‘not enough time’.
Following her dominant win this past Saturday, Cyborg said: “Only 5 boxing fights but I’ve already got more KO’s than Claressa Shields.”
Despite claiming that she is the greatest women’s fighter of all time, Shields has only scored three knockout wins during her 16-fight undefeated career.
