UFC Vegas 107 is the final event for UFC in May and features a modest card compared to the upcoming UFC 316.
The main event of UFC Vegas 107 sees a match that was supposed to take place at UFC 269. Erin Blanchfield was scheduled to face off with Maycee Barber, but Barber pulled out of the event, and the fight was called off.
Four years later and the two women have continued to impress in their careers, rising into the top 5 rankings in the Women’s Flyweight division. With a potential fight against champion Valentina Shevchenko up for grabs for the winner, the stakes are high in this women’s clash in Las Vegas.
Elsewhere, the co-main event of UFC Vegas 107 pits Mateusz Gamrot against Ludovit Klein. This could be a tricky one for the Polish fighter, as Gamrot is coming off a loss to Dan Hooker at UFC 305 while Klein hasn’t lost in 3 years as he aims to climb the UFC rankings.
Here’s everything you need to know about what promises to be a fantastic night of MMA action at UFC Vegas 107.

Mateusz Gamrot was accused of lying about the last-minute offer to Benoit Saint-Denis.
While he’s preparing to face Klein, Gamrot offered to fight Benoit Saint-Denis after Joel Alvarez pulled out of their fight at UFC 315.
During his UFC 315 media day press conference, Saint-Denis explained why Gamrot didn’t get the short-notice nod this weekend in Montreal and leveled him
“I think everybody knows me now, if he could’ve done it in Montreal, it would’ve happened.
“But what I wanted to do was fight in Montreal. Waiting three weeks, or one month to have another opponent was an option I could’ve had, but I didn’t even discuss [Gamrot] with my manager because I told him I’m ready.
“I’m fighting, and if the UFC wants to [put me against] Gamrot in two weeks, I’ll do my job on Saturday night and I’ll be there in two weeks.
“But now I’m concentrating on my opponent, on fighting this Saturday, I came here for that…if you can’t fight on Saturday night, you’re not welcome.”
Saint-Denis beat the replacement Kyle Prepolec with a second-round submission at UFC 315.
