Logan Paul reveals how close he came to brawling with Conor McGregor during awkward bus ride

Logan Paul has reflected on his viral run-in with Conor McGregor.

Earlier this year, the former dual-weight UFC champion was linked to a $500 million fight with Logan Paul.

Still, Conor McGregor was seen looking friendly with the WWE star and his brother, Jake Paul, who has been calling out ‘Notorious’ for years, during a bus ride to Donald Trump’s inauguration in January.

The unlikely trio posed for a viral photo before Logan Paul shared footage that showed McGregor threatening to slap him and his younger sibling as they trash-talked each other during the awkward journey.

Logan Paul recalls run-in with Conor McGregor

On a recent episode of his Impaulsive podcast, Logan Paul revealed KSI won’t be attending his upcoming wedding because he shares a long-running feud with Jake Paul.

‘The Maverick’ tried to convince his PRIME business partner to co-exist by using his recent meeting with Conor McGregor as an example of enemies coming together to celebrate a momentous occasion.

However, Paul did admit that it could’ve popped off between him, Jake, and McGregor at any moment.

“We were on a bus with Conor McGregor,” he told Adin Ross.

“It was simmering the entire time.

“We both said that if one person made one comment that was over the line, either of us [would’ve thrown a punch]

“He’s Conor McGregor, but there’s two of us. You are not going to win that fight.”

Conor McGregor is excited about the UFC again

McGregor has been sidelined from fighting since breaking his leg at UFC 264 in July 2021.

For most of his layoff, the 36-year-old has remained locked into MMA’s premier promotion.

Things have changed in 2025. McGregor is more interested in talking about bare-knuckle boxing.

The Irishman appeared to have fallen out of love with MMA before Dana White took to social media to announce a bunch of fights, including Ilia Topuria vs Charles Oliveira and Dricus du Plessis vs Khamzat Chimaev, on Tuesday evening.

“Wow! Real exciting times again in the UFC! Oh Yes,” McGregor tweeted in response to the fight news.

“Bravo, Dana White! Never a doubt!”

It is currently unclear whether McGregor will return to the UFC or just watch as a fan in 2025.
