Dana White has been dealt a huge blow with one of his big UFC events now scheduled to clash with Canelo Alvarez vs Terence Crawford.
Just last week, it was announced that Dana White‘s debut TKO Boxing event would be headlined by a huge fight between Canelo Alvarez vs Terence Crawford, kicking off the promotion in an epic way.
The UFC boss has noticeably taken a step back from some of his responsibilities in the premier MMA promotion as he left fans furious this past Saturday when he skipped the UFC 315 post-fight press conference.
Despite that, he recovered in a big way this past Tuesday when he finally announced the UFC 317 main event, as fans have been waiting for the announcement for months.

Canelo vs Crawford now set to clash with huge UFC event
Despite making a huge announcement, White was dealt a huge blow just a few hours prior when his TKO Boxing partner, Turki Alalshikh announced that he was moving Canelo vs Crawford from Friday September 12 to Saturday September 13.
Usually, this wouldn’t be a big problem, however, the UFC is scheduled to host their Noche UFC event on September 13, in what is set to be a huge event.
Last year, the promotion held their Noche UFC event in The Sphere in what was a historic one of a kind event that will likely never be replicated.
This year, though, the Noche UFC event, also known as UFC 320, will take place in Guadalajara, Mexico, and will be the first Noche UFC event to take place in Mexico.
More alarmingly, Alalshikh announced that the event will now be a Riyadh Season PPV event, with no comment on whether TKO Boxing will have any involvement in the event.
Canelo vs Crawford still doesn’t have a location set
Although the huge super middleweight title fight is yet to have a location set, Alalshikh believes there are several locations that it could land.
However, initially, the event was set to take place from the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, despite White’s concern of hosting events in a stadium.
More details regarding the boxing super fight are set to be announced in the coming weeks, with a venue still to be decided upon. It is unclear how White will proceed with him now scheduled to promote two events in two different locations, in the same week.
