Fans have shared their concerns after UFC boss Dana White no-showed the UFC 315 post-fight press conference.
The UFC returned to Montreal this Saturday for a blockbuster UFC 315 card, headlined by a welterweight title fight between Belal Muhammad and Jack Della Maddalena.
Della Maddalena successfully dethroned Muhammad after a five round war, bringing the Chicagoan’s short spell as the 170lb champion to an abrupt end.
And immediately after the fight, Della Maddalena’s first title defense became clear after Islam Makhachev once again declared his plan to move up in weight, resulting in a response from Della Maddalena.

Dana White no-shows UFC 315 post-fight press conference
After such a big event which saw a main title change hands, fans were excited to hear Dana White’s thoughts after the event at the post-fight press conference.
However, the UFC boss skipped the press conference, dodging likely questions regarding Islam Makhachev, UFC 317, and the status of several other important fighters.
Instead, White had a brief phone call with his newly crowned champion, in which Della Maddalena claimed White was happy.
Despite that, the UFC fanbase is not happy as White has left many questions unanswered, once again resulting in uncertainty regarding several topics.
“No Dana White at the post-fight press conference,” well known reporter, Oscar Willis told the fans on social media.
“After a pay-per-view with a new champ and questions about how the pound-for-pound top fighter in the sport proceeds, AND questions about UFC 317?” one fan reacted.
“Just resign at this point. Clearly wants nothing to do with the UFC anymore,” another fan said.
“He doesn’t give a f— about the UFC anymore, it is very obvious,” a third fan reacted.
With White now taking a big step in boxing with his first TKO card announced to be headlined by Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford, the UFC boss has taken a clear step back from his responsibilities in the UFC.
“I’ve lost hope in Dana White. How are you not going to address the fans at the press conference after UFC 315?” another fan questioned.
Dana White doesn’t plan on retiring from the UFC
Unfortunately, this seemingly has been a long time coming with White involved in several big ventures, including Power Slap and now TKO Boxing.
When White’s involvement in boxing was announced, he was asked how he was going to juggle all of his different responsibilities, and said he will find out how well he can do so this year.
And although White has no plans on ever retiring from the UFC completely, he is likely passing down certain aspects of his role to be able to juggle all of his other ventures.
