Jack Della Maddalena’s team may have to formulate a new game plan just days out from his title fight against Belal Muhammad at UFC 315.
After earning his contract in the UFC after scoring a brutal knockout on Dana White’s Contender Series, Jack Della Maddalena is now just days out from the biggest fight of his career thus far.
His title fight against Belal Muhammad this coming Saturday at UFC 315 came about in an unorthodox way, after first choice contender, Shavkat Rakhmonov was unable to make the date due to injury.
And with that, fellow welterweight contender, Ian Machado Garry is scheduled to weigh in as a backup for the main event following an impressive win over Carlos Prates just a week ago.

Jack Della Maddalena’s game plan leaked by UFC embedded
Ahead of their huge clash in Canada, a large majority of the UFC fanbase believe that the Australian contender could be in for a tough night with ‘Remember The Name’s’ pressure grappling style.
However, a video recently surfaced online of Della Maddalena choking out BJJ World Champion Craig Jones during a training session.
Despite that, Della Maddalena’s game plan will undoubtedly be to keep the fight on the fight where he has a huge boxing advantage.
And with that, part of his game plan was leaked just days out from his fight as a whiteboard with several combinations to land during the fight was seen on the recent UFC Embedded episode.
The whiteboard included 10 separate instructions for the 28-year-old, including instructions for him with his back against the cage.
Jack Della Maddalena sends Belal Muhammad a final message
With Muhammad now at 36 years old, despite him having only just won the 170lb title, Della Maddalena believes he will end his career this coming Saturday.
“I think he’s in for a rude awakening. I’ll break him with strikes, physically break him. He’s had a good run in the UFC. It’s retirement time buddy,” the challenger said.
