Eddie Hall is the latest fighter to chime-in on the ‘100 men vs. 1 gorilla’ conversation.
The world’s been abuzz of who’d win a fantasy fight between a massive silverback gorilla and an army of men after an ‘X’ user posed the question to the Internet.
This sparked quite the debate with some suggesting it’d be a suicide mission as the silverback gorilla can lift ten times their body weight and has a bite force of 1,300 PSI and a speed of 25 MPH among other incredible feats.
Others believe the strength in numbers would be enough to stop a gorilla, undefeated UFC Middleweight Bo Nickal willing to be one of the 100 men for a ‘Mr. Beast’ video.
Besides a prime Mike Tyson, we don’t see anybody else offering to fight a gorilla on-on-one.
But, two-on-one? 2017’s ‘World Strongest Man’ and MMA’s newest super-heavyweight Eddie Hall thinks he’d be able to pull it off.

Two big Eddie Halls vs. one silverback gorilla?
A legendary strongman, Hall recently made the move to MMA where he won his debut against five-time World’s Strongest Man Mariusz Pudzianowski over the weekend by TKO in 30 seconds.
Pudzianowski’s no Silverback gorilla though, weighing in for his last fight at 267lbs.
“I’ve seen gorillas in person, in close-up scenarios, and they are scary things,” Hall said.
“An adult silverback weighs between 300 and 500 pounds…
“Forgot me now, me as a prime strongman, I was 430 pounds. I think one [of me] would get mauled to death,” Hall continued.
“I think two Eddie Halls at the prime with a combined weight of 860 would dominate the gorilla.
“I would just pin it down and just hammer-fist it to death. I think two big Eddie Halls would do the job,” Hall claimed.
Eddie Hall was the weight of a silverback gorilla during his prime
Two prime Eddie Halls dominating a silverback gorilla? Veteran MMA reporter Ariel Helwani couldn’t believe what he was hearing.
“I thought you were gonna say maybe, like, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 [Halls]” Helwani responded.
“You’re saying just two Eddie Halls?”
“At my biggest,” Hall said.
“I’m at 150 kilo now, my biggest was nearly 200. At my biggest, I think two Eddie Halls would dominate a silverback gorilla.”
During his strongman days in 2017, Eddie ‘The Beast’ Hall weighed 434lbs or 197kg. As he mentioned previously, silverback gorillas weigh anywhere from 300-500lbs.
In his prime, Hall nearly died setting the deadlift world record where he lifted 1,102lbs (500kg).
