Paddy Pimblett continues to turn doubters into believers during his UFC journey.
‘The Baddy’ has been repeatedly written off by fans and fighters during his 7-0 run in MMA’s premier league.
Everything changed when he brutalized Michael Chandler en route to a third-round TKO victory at UFC 314 in Miami, Florida, on April 12.
Even some of Paddy Pimblett‘s most vocal detractors have changed their tune since his big win.

Dustin Poirier back Paddy Pimblett title charge
Dustin Poirier and Michael Chandler have been beefing with each other for years.
Still, ‘The Diamond’ publicly backed his rival to breeze past Pimblett ahead of UFC 314.
“Even though he’s a b—-, Chandler all day go heavy on the money,” Poirier told fans on social media.
Post-fight, he gave the Englishman props for proving he’s one of the best lightweights in MMA.
Now Poirier has backed Pimblett to become a world champion, provided he puts in the work.
“Of course,” he replied Ariel Helwani asked if he was surprised by Pimblett’s win at UFC 314.
“I really thought Chandler was going to beat him, but I was wrong. Paddy is legit.”
Poirier added: “Yeah. If he believes, works hard enough, and keeps doing what he is doing, he can be [champion].”
What’s next for Paddy Pimblett?
Pimblett is currently enjoying a family holiday, and celebrating his favorite soccer team, Liverpool, winning the Premier League.
The 30-year-old will soon return home and get back to training for a lightweight title eliminator.
“I just wanna fight,” Pimblett told Bruce Buffer after his recent win.
“Whoever that one person is that will get me a title shot, I want that fight.
“My plan even before the fight was to fight in Abu Dhabi in October.
“I’ve always wanted to fight there. The UFC always do a pay-per-view there in October.
“I just think it would be the perfect time to come back. Recharge my batteries over the summer, keep training every day, keep the weight down, and then go right back into camp in August or September.”
