Five-time World’s Strongest Man retired Rolles Gracie Jr. with brutal 27-second faceplant knockout

Mariusz Pudzianowski’s epic MMA career is still going strong 16 year after it began.

The 48-year-old was crowned ‘World’s Strongest Man’ in 2002, 2003, 2005, 2007, and 2008.

After taking silver in 2009, Mariusz Pudzianowski made the shock move to MMA where he has picked up a 75-second victory over boxing legend Buttebean and a super-quick stoppage win over Bobb Sapp during his 27-fight run in the sport.

The Polish fan favorite even retired a fighter from MMA’s most famous family in May 2015.

Mariusz Pudzianowski faceplant KO’d Rolles Gracie Jr.

Pudzianowski was matched up against Rolles Gracie Jr at KSW 31 in May 2015.

The 5th degree BJJ black belt boasted a 8-3 record heading into his clash with the strongman legend.

However, their fight proved to be a mismatch as it ended with one big punch after just 27 seconds.

Pudzianowski landed a haymaker right hand that clubbed his opponent on the side of the head and sent him crashing to the canvas face-first.

Gracie curled up in a ball to show he was done fighting, but he still took some follow-up strikes.

Thankfully, the referee quickly stepped in and stopped Pudzianowski from causing any unnecessary damage.

Mariusz Pudzianowski returns against Eddie Hall

Pudzianowski hasn’t fought since suffering a shock stoppage loss against former heavyweight boxer Artur Szpilka, who is famous for a bad knockout loss against Deontay Wilder in 2016.

‘Dominator’ recently shared an awkward first run-in with Eddie Hall ahead of their clash in Gliwice, Poland.

The 2017 ‘World’s Strongest Man’ will be making his official MMA on Saturday night.

Eddie Hall originally called to face Pudzianowski after winning a bizarre 2vs1 bout last June.

Now they are just days away from meeting in a fight billed as the ‘strongest’ in MMA history.
