Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship is famous for producing fast and brutal knockouts.
UFC superstar Conor McGregor is always quick to react to the best finishes in the fledgling promotion he owns a piece of.
However, it took him a while to respond to Conor Cooke’s sickening knockout win over Stevie Taylor at BKFC Manchester on Saturday night.
Cooke scored two early knockdowns before closing the show with a massive punch to leave his opponent convulsing on the floor in a scary scene that had fight fans genuinely worried about his well-being.

Conor McGregor reacts to scary BKFC KO
As fans reacted to one of the most ‘terrifying’ knockouts in BKFC history, McGregor remained silent.
The social-media-loving Irishman didn’t post about Cooke’s sickening KO until Sunday morning.
By then, BKFC had thankfully confirmed that Taylor was doing okay amid mass fan concern for his safety.
McGregor reshared a reel showing the vicious knockout with the 46.7 million people who follow his Instagram account.
The clip included an X-rated caption that perfectly summed up everyone’s thoughts about the KO.
It read: ‘Holy s—-.’
Conor McGregor hints at retirement
McGregor hasn’t fought since breaking his leg during a UFC 264 trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier in July 2021.
A comeback bout against Michael Chandler was supposed to take place last June, but the former dual-weight champion suffered a toe injury in training and opted to withdraw from the UFC 303 main event.
Almost a year later, fans are still waiting for an update on McGregor’s proposed return to fighting.
Unfortunately, it seems he is closer to calling it a career than coming to terms with the UFC right now.
McGregor made a UFC retirement admission as he turned down a fight offer amid political ambitions earlier this week.
“I’ve got two fights on the contract, I’m in negotiations,” he told the press when asked about a potential move to the squared circle. “Last week, something happened to me. I went to the White House, and my heart bleeds for my country right now.
“So there’s a lot of stuff going on back home, I’m happy with what I’ve done. There’s something else for me that’s in my gut right now, and that’s kind of where I’m going.”
