Tom Aspinall was once left in shock when he watched something truly revolting go down right before his very eyes.
On a night that should’ve been like any other, the MMA fighter, was working his shift, when suddenly, a brawl erupted in the venue he was doing the security for.
In an interview on the Believe You Me Podcast, the 31-year-old revealed: “I used to work the door at a really nice bar. [It was] kicking off, people are fighting in there. So, we ran in, and as we ran in, a guy was biting another guy’s nose off.
“He went to spit it out, and as he was going to spit it out, his friend said, ‘Don’t spit it out, because he’ll be able to sew it back on’.
“So, the guy then swallowed his nose.”

With Aspinall having clawed his way to the top of the sport, it’s fair to say his days working on the doors are a thing of the past.
Now, he’s on the cusp of securing a super fight with a man many believe is the greatest of all time.
