‘The Punisher’ remains one of the best flyweights in the world with an undefeated record of 13-0.
Despite having conversations with the matchmakers, Muhammad Mokaev has not re-signed to the UFC after parting ways with the promotion last year.
The 24-year-old went 7-0 inside the Octagon before Mokaev arrived back in BRAVE CF where he fought before debuting with the MMA leader in 2022.
There have been conflicting statements about his current relationship with the UFC bosses after the promotion chose not to renew his contract after his controversial fight with Manel Kape in July.
Having already produced his first win since returning to BRAVE with Mokaev submitting Joevincent So in December, it looks like he may have another date locked in.
Muhammad Mokaev teases BRAVE CF 95 in Spain on May 31 for next fight
Muhammad Mokaev’s slick first-round finish at BRAVE CF 91 showed what his UFC career had already proven.
He cut right through Joevincent So and most importantly, he was able to rack up another submission finish to add to his highlight reel.
Regardless of some of the things that may have made him difficult to work with during his time on the roster, the undefeated 125-pounder is one of the most talented fighters in his division and he’s only going to keep getting better.
It doesn’t look like the UFC are going to change their minds anytime soon but with time on his side, Mokaev is continuing to keep busy rather than letting his career stall.
BRAVE CF recently posted on social media to announce that their next trip to Spain, in collaboration with Spanish promotion Fight2ONE, will take place at BRAVE CF 95 on May 31.
Mokaev’s response to the post seems to suggest that the former UFC contender will be back in action at the Pabellon Santiago Martin in Tenerife.

Muhammad Mokaev could get booked against the same opponent for a second time
Finding opponents that are worthy challenges for Muhammad Mokaev won’t be easy for BRAVE CF considering his 13-0 record.
Though the fight didn’t materialize due to an injury that led to Mokaev receiving a late notice opponent, the promotion did a fairly good job ahead of BRAVE CF 91.
South Africa’s Luthando Biko may not have UFC experience but the former EFC champion was a good starting point for BRAVE’s big signing.
Rescheduling that fight if they’re unable to find an opponent of higher stature would make a lot of sense for ‘The Punisher’.
