Armen Petrosyan called out for ‘Cheating’ during fight with Brunno Ferreira at UFC 313
In an interesting performance, Armen Petrosyan caused a great deal of controversy.
He landed a low blow on Brunno Ferreira, that forced a halt to the action. Then, when the contest resumed, the Armenian-Russian connected with another shot to his rival’s cup.
Unimpressed by what he’d witnessed, referee, Mark Smith, deemed it necessary to take a point. In addition, Petrosyan complained about a low blow himself, which appeared to connect legally.

Regardless of whatever happened on the feet, in the end, the result was decided by what occurred on the ground.
