Alex Pereira was left nothing short of furious when a reporter asked him a question he really didn’t like.
On Saturday evening, at UFC 313, inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, ‘Poatan’ will attempt to defend his belt against Magomed Ankalaev.
And for the most part, throughout fight week, the champion has been in high spirits, with Pereira joyfully engaging in a wrestling match with Daniel Cormier, and smiling from ear-to-ear throughout his media duties.
However, his happy mentality was quickly dampened when a reporter made an interesting decision.

Reporter asked Magomed Ankalev if he’ll send Alex Pereira back to the tyre shop
While most journalists utilize press conferences to ask serious questions, some choose not to, with one man in particular seizing his opportunity to rile up Alex Pereira.
The individual in question took to the mic, and made a comment that left the Brazilian noticeably upset.
At the UFC 313 press conference, he asked Ankalaev: “If you absolutely dominate Alex in this fight, do you think you’ll send him back working in the tyre shop?”
The Dagestani responded: “We’re planning to absolutely dominate him on Saturday. We’re going to make sure that Chama has no chances on Saturday.
“Whether or not he stays in the sport or decides to go back to the tyre shop, that’s going to be up to him; he’s going to have to make his decision.
“The same people that are saying ‘Chama’ now are going to be saying ‘no Chama’. It’s Ankalaev time.”
While the challenger answered the question, some fans branded ‘disrespectful, well, it was Pereira who garnered more attention. The stone-faced former Glory kickboxing champion leaned forward, and if looks could kill, the reporter would’ve been in a hint of trouble.
