The Octagon returns to Las Vegas on March 8 for the third PPV card of the year, UFC 313 inside the T-Mobile Arena.
In the main event of the evening, Alex Pereira faces Magomed Ankalaev as the light heavyweight champion takes on the man that many expect to be his toughest test to date.
The co-main event may have lost Dan Hooker due to injury but the new matchup of Justin Gaethje meeting Rafael Fiziev in a rematch should still make for must-watch TV.
Iconic UFC commentator Joe Rogan was not in attendance for UFC 312 last month though he did give his thoughts on the card via a live podcast.
The first big Vegas card of 2025 not only brings some of the biggest names in the sport back to the cage, the star-studded commentary booth is back together.
Joe Rogan set to call UFC 313 alongside Daniel Cormier and Jon Anik
With Joe Rogan not travelling for international events, UFC 313 in Las Vegas means that the usual PPV commentary team are back together for the second time this year.
We regularly see variation on Fight Night cards, as was the case last weekend for UFC Vegas 103 which featured a rare two-man booth of Jon Anik and Dominick Cruz.
However, when it comes to the biggest nights on US shores, you can usually guarantee that Rogan will be working alongside Anik and the former two-weight UFC champion, Daniel Cormier.
MMA Junkie confirmed that the three-man booth who called UFC 311 in January will be cage-side on March 8.
Several other key names were also confirmed for the broadcast with the likes of Din Thomas, Chael Sonnen, Cruz, Teddy Atlas, Bruce Buffer and Megan Olivi all arriving in the fight capital of the world.
It is also stated that Anik will appear on the post-fight desk at the end of the event which will be hosted by Brett Okamoto.

Joe Rogan has been closely connected to Alex Pereira’s rise
Aside from Alex Pereira‘s own team, Joe Rogan may have been the biggest advocate for ‘Poatan’ fighting in the UFC before he made his Octagon debut.
Despite a worrying first round, the hype that Rogan built around the former kickboxer paid off in Pereira’s introduction to the fans back in 2021.
The podcaster and stand-up comedian did the same thing for Israel Adesanya and in both cases, it worked out incredibly well.
Now, Rogan will watch Pereira up close once again when the 205-pound champion looks to take out the one man that so many have said would bring about his downfall.
