Henry Cejudo has fought a plethora of the greatest mixed martial artists on the planet, but only one left him feeling embarrassed.
After winning Olympic gold in freestyle wrestling, the Mexican-American transitioned to the world of mixed martial arts, quickly making his way to the UFC.
After a loss to Demetrious Johnson, he honed his craft, and beat ‘Mighty Mouse’ in the rematch to claim the flyweight title, before later defeating Marlon Moraes for the bantamweight belt.
He eventually retired on top, running off into the sunset to enjoy the fruits of his labor. However, Cejudo later made a comeback, with Daniel Cormier now convinced he got it all wrong.

After losing in his comeback fight to Aljamain Sterling, Henry Cejudo went toe-to-toe with Merab Dvalishvili.
Alas, the bout didn’t go exactly how he’d have liked, with the now bantamweight King, picking him up and launching him toward the canvas.
Of course, this wasn’t ideal for the two-weight world champion’s ego.
In an episode of his podcast, Pound for Pound with Kamaru and Henry, the fighter confessed: “Merab did a good job. It’s f—— embarrassing, dude. I got f—— carried, dude. I got carried like somebody was throwing me into a pool — f—, I’m going for a ride.”
His co-host, Kamaru Usman, chuckled: “I’m like, ‘That’s an Olympic champion; he’s going to pull something out here’. Then, he just threw you like a sack of potatoes.”

While Cejudo was left feeling a tad upset after his fight with Dvalishvili, the Georgian had his back following the main event of UFC Seattle.
His showdown with Song Yadong ended controversially when the legend couldn’t continue after an eye poke.

However, Dvalishvili has risen to Cejudo’s defense.
