‘Fake humble boy’ … Magomed Ankalaev slams ‘Tiktok chick’ Alex Pereira in fiery rant following UFC 312

Another week, another angry tirade directed at Alex Pereira by who we assume is Magomed Ankalaev running his X account.

Ankalaev is set to face Pereira in the main event of UFC 313 for the light heavyweight throne. As the No. 1 UFC light heavyweight contender, Ankalaev has long been considered the division’s boogeyman. After several disappointing results, he fought tooth and nail to secure his second title shot. Because of this, he’s keen to make a statement when he meets Pereira in the Octagon in March.

Ankalaev is angered by Pereira’s appearance at UFC 312, where ‘Poatan’ agreed to fight Dricus Du Plessis in a double-championship matchup. ‘Poatan’ was also filmed creating a social media dance with Charles Oliveira and Tai Tuivasa.

Magomed Ankalaev goes scorched Earth on Alex Pereira post-UFC 312

Taking to X post-UFC 312, Ankalaev blasted Pereira for his fight-week antics.

“Brazil, sorry for what I’m gonna do to your boy,” Ankalaev wrote. “I never wanna hurt someone in my life like I want to hurt Alex. He is a fake humble boy,” He continued in another post before adding one more. “I’ve been climbing mountains, chopping wood, swimming in freezing lakes and Alex has been dancing and making videos like TikTok chicks.”

Ankalaev is widely considered to be Pereira’s toughest test to date. 20-1-1 (1NC) and 11-1-1 (1NC) in the UFC, Ankalaev’s lone defeat was a wild-card submission at the hands of Paul Craig in the dying seconds of his debut fight in 2018; Ankalaev is undefeated in 13 fights since.

He’ll have an opportunity to etch his name into the annals of UFC history with a win over Pereira at UFC 313.
