Sean Strickland’s antics outside of the cage always seem to either get him in trouble or hurt.
This coming Saturday at UFC 312, Sean Strickland looks to reclaim the middleweight title when he takes on Dricus Du Plessis in the main event.
The two first met at UFC 297 last January when Du Plessis dethroned Strickland following a controversial split decision victory. Ever since, ‘Tarzan’ has complained about the decision.
Ahead of his rematch against the South African, Strickland has rematched a fan at the open workouts after sparring with him on stage the last time he fought Du Plessis.

Sean Strickland almost ended his career following motorcycle accident
Just a week out from his clash against ‘Stillknocks’ in Australia, Strickland fell off his motorcycle whilst showing off for the Embedded camera.
However, this isn’t the first time the 33-year-old had an issue on his motorcycle but the first one was a bit more serious.
Ahead of his historical title upset against Israel Adesanya, Strickland had an accident on his motorcycle and doctors advised him to not fight again after that.

Heading home from a training session in 2018, Strickland collided with a van whilst riding his motorcycle which left him unconscious for hours.
As a result of the accident, Strickland tore his patella and it was separated from his knee which required surgery. The subsequent rehabilitation took over two years and he returned to the Octagon in 2020.
“I have nobody else to blame. I was on a motorcycle. I was a f—— idiot. I did it. So at the end of the day, it’s like I did this to myself. I made my bed and it sucks but you only live once,” said at the media day before his return against Jack Marshman.
Will Sean Strickland reclaim UFC gold at UFC 312?
Although Strickland has only picked up a win against the regressing Paulo Costa since losing the title, he undoubtedly feels confident that this time round against Du Plessis, he will get the job done.
It is fair to say that ‘Tarzan’ has a lot of doubters to silence on Saturday night after having his fight style criticized.
The 33-year-old is the underdog heading into his rematch against ‘Stillknocks’, however, he still holds one of the biggest underdog wins in UFC history after dethroning Adesanya.
