Donald Trump’s inauguration brought three huge personalities with a lot of history together.
Multiple huge characters all being in the same place was always going to lead to some headlines when they gathered in Washington on January 20.
What was surprising was seeing Conor McGregor share some friendly exchanges with both Jake and Logan Paul as the three stars attended the ceremony.
However, it appears that the dynamic was balancing on the edge following some comments that ‘The Notorious’ made about slapping the pair of them.
It was only several weeks ago that there was a lot of talk about McGregor facing Logan in a boxing match which the Irishman himself both started and ended the conversation about it taking place.

Logan Paul reveals sad reflections on his encounter with Conor McGregor
On a recent episode of his IMPAULSIVE podcast, Logan Paul explained how there was an unofficial “peace treaty” between him and Conor McGregor during the event.
They weren’t there to build up a fight but it was inevitably going to come up at some point in the day with them being so close to each other.
The WWE star said that the former UFC champ-champ was respectful and seemingly sober but that didn’t stop him from being intense at 7:30 in the morning.
During the podcast, Paul gave his thoughts on the video that came out of McGregor threatening the pair of brothers and how it was like watching a fall from grace in real-time.
“I watched back that footage of Conor talking s— to us,” the WWE star revealed. “He said he’s gonna slap me, Jake, and KSI and then you can see me and Jake like belly laugh. Like we’re fully laughing at what used to be like one of the scariest, baddest men on the planet, and as a person who used to be a big fan of Conor McGregor like back in the day, he pioneered crossover boxing and all that stuff, I watched it back and I actually felt sad.
“I was like dude, this is a statement that at one point would’ve actually made us feel fear and now, two YouTubers are laughing at this washed-up, cracked-out fighter who’s unhinged and there’s no truth in what he’s saying.”
Logan Paul is continuing to stoke the Conor McGregor flames
It somehow seems like we have got to a point where there will always be a rivalry between Conor McGregor and the Paul brothers.
Even since their interaction in Washington, Logan Paul was seen ripping up a McGregor sign during Monday Night Raw on Netflix with Jake Paul defending PFL fighter Paul Hughes on social media following some scathing remarks from ‘The Notorious’.
A potential fight between the two parties seems impossible whilst the Irishman is still under some sort of contract with the UFC. So for now, the Paul brothers will continue to poke at the biggest star in the history of MMA.
