Conor McGregor wants to compete in BKFC

The career of Conor McGregor has stalled in recent years, with the Dubliner’s last match-up against Dustin Poirier ending in disaster.

In the years since, despite a fight with Michael Chandler being organized and even speculation that the warrior might set foot in the squared circle with Logan Paul, nothing has come to fruition.

However, despite this, McGregor hasn’t given up his dreams of making a return to the world of combat sports, with ‘The Notorious’ eyeing up a showdown in BKFC.

And with such a fearsome left hand, the formidable fighter would have the capability of delivering explosive knockouts inside the ring.

In an interview uploaded to YouTube by The Schmo, he beamed: “One of these days, you’ll just hear my music come onto this stage in Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, and I’ll have my fist wrapped with no gloves for a fight, out of nowhere.

“No promotion. No promo. No nothing. Just fighting a random fight on the card. That could be what the future holds.”

Conor McGregor explains the key reason the Logan Paul fight isn’t happening

While in the eyes of the purists, McGregor vs Paul wouldn’t have gone down brilliantly, there’s no denying it would’ve caught the attention of the casual fans.

With the bout seemingly set for India, it would’ve undoubtedly been quite the spectacle.

Alas, it appears the match-up is dead in the water, with the former two-time UFC champion revealing the fundamental reason why it won’t be taking place.
