‘Bodied that clown’… Logan Paul impresses fans with quick comeback to Conor McGregor insult

Logan Paul didn’t have to say a lot to win his war of words with Conor McGregor.

The YouTuber-turned-WWE star has recently been linked to a $500 million boxing bout with Conor McGregor, who has been trying to push the matchup on social media.

Earlier this week, the two men came together at Donald Trump’s inauguration where they posed for a picture alongside Jake Paul, which has gone viral on social media.

Just as people began thinking they were all friends, Logan Paul dropped new footage that showed McGregor threatening to slap him and his brother during an energetic rant.

Fans react to Logan Paul putting Conor McGregor in his place

A clip of Conor McGregor being epically shut down by one of the Paul Brothers instantly went viral.

Amid the confusion about the status of their relationship, a group of fans begrudgingly gave Logan props for his quick-witted response to the UFC legend’s trash talk.

“Logan bodied that clown,” one fan tweeted. While another said: “Alright kinda cooked him there tbh.”

“Damn Logan kind of owned with that last jab, unfortunately,” a third person added.

“10-8 from Logan Paul for the first time in his life,” someone else commented.

“This funny stuff!!!,” this social media user laughed.

“The end got me dying,” another fan said.

What did Logan Paul say?

The Paul Brothers stayed quiet during much of their interaction with McGregor.

However, Logan put the Irishman in his place when he got too confident.

“Listen, here’s the deal. I’m going to slap the head off the two of you and KSI,” McGregor said.

“You are nixers to me. Do you understand that? Side jobs.”

McGregor hasn’t fought since breaking his leg at UFC 264 in July 2021.

‘The Maverick’ reminded him of that after being hit with the side job jibe.

Logan replied: “You can’t even do your main job. How are you going to do a side job?”

“That’s a good one,” McGregor admitted before telling the social media star. “November, stay tuned”.

McGregor is yet to publically respond to Logan sharing new footage from their interaction.

UFC boss Dana White insists their fight won’t happen, but it seems his biggest star wants to box again.

After making $100 million to fight Floyd Mayweather in 2017, you can’t blame McGregor for pursuing a big-money return to the squared circle.

Unfortunately, it seems like he’s got his work cut out to sell a fight with Paul to MMA’s most powerful man.
