Nate Diaz blasts ‘dorks’ Conor McGregor, Jake Paul, and Logan Paul after shock link up

Former UFC superstar Nate Diaz ripped into Conor McGregor, along with Jake and Logan Paul, for their cordiality at the Inauguration of U.S. President Donald Trump.

Amidst rumored fight talks between former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor and the Paul brothers, all three parties met at the U.S. Presidential Inauguration of Donald Trump on Monday in Washington D.C. The years-long beef between McGregor and Jake Paul, in particular, appeared on the shelf at the historic event at the U.S. Capitol.

McGregor and Logan Paul are linked to a potential boxing match later this year in India after McGregor revealed on social media he’s in ‘preliminary agreements’ to face Paul. But as of this writing, those fight talks have stalled, and the integrity of the proposed McGregor vs. Paul bout remains uncertain.

In the meantime, one of Jake’s other past adversaries, Nate Diaz, didn’t take long to notice the chumminess of McGregor and the Paul brothers as videos and photos went viral. Despite the headline-making interactions between the three polarizing stars, Diaz had a different take on their meeting.

Nate Diaz mocks viral Conor McGregor, Jake and Logan Paul meetup

In a recent tweet, Diaz blasted McGregor and both Paul brothers.

“Sit where your told at the big Inauguration Day u fukn dorks,” Diaz tweeted along with a video captioned ‘3 fukn nerds’.

As of this writing, neither McGregor nor the Paul brothers have publicly responded to Diaz’s disses. McGregor is planning a combat sports return later this year, potentially in the UFC Octagon, as repeatedly targeted by UFC CEO Dana White.

Diaz fought Jake Paul in his professional boxing debut in 2023, losing by unanimous decision. He earned his first professional boxing win by outpointing former BMF foe Jorge Masvidal last year.

Diaz’s long rivalry with McGregor is well-documented, stemming from their two instant classic bouts in the UFC. Diaz pulled off one of the biggest upsets in UFC history over McGregor at UFC 196 before McGregor outpointed Diaz in their UFC 202 rematch.

A trilogy bout between McGregor and Diaz has been discussed since their second fight, although formal negotiations haven’t materialized. Diaz parted ways with the UFC after a win over Tony Ferguson in the UFC 279 main event.

Logan Paul, amidst ongoing talks to face McGregor in a boxing match, has also become a massive star in WWE, which is reportedly an obstacle to making the fight happen. Logan last competed in the boxing ring in 2023, defeating former Bellator fighter Dillon Danis by disqualification.

The bad blood between Diaz, McGregor, and both Paul brothers is still boiling, and tensions are as high as ever before. Diaz’s mockery of McGregor and the Pauls attending an event together shows that there’s no love between all parties.
