Punahele Soriano has shared hilarious footage from the aftermath of his UFC Vegas 101 win.
Mackenzie Dern submitting Amanda Ribas topped off the first UFC card of the year, which saw a fighter slap her coach and Chris Curtis suffer a controversial KO defeat on Saturday night.
Punahele Soriano got things going with a 31-second knockout on Dana White‘s first main card of 2025.
‘Puna’ dropped his opponent, Uros Medic, with a massive overhand right before landing a flurry of ground strikes to secure the seventh KO victory of his 11-4 MMA career.

Punahele Soriano shares funny post-fight footage
Punahele Soriano didn’t stick around to take in the rest of the fights at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
Soon after his win, the 32-year-old shared a video of him watching UFC Vegas 101 at a local bar.
Soriano had a massive grin on his face as he proudly told the man sitting next to him, ‘I was just on there’.
Unfortunately, the bar patron didn’t even acknowledge his existence during the hilariously awkward encounter – but his Instagram caption suggested that the expectant first-time father wanted the comment to fall flat.
It read: “Technically I can do dad jokes now.”
Soriano got the laughs he craved from the countless fans who left comments on his viral video.
The Hawaiian fighter also received congratulatory messages from Michael Bisping, Henry Cejudo, and a bunch of other current and former UFC stars.

“A lot of adversity this camp. Big surprise. We didn’t tell anyone but me and my wife are pregnant – we are having a little girl.
“Wow! It was a tough [camp].”
“I don’t know what’s next. The baby is due in mid-June. I don’t know if I wanna sneak one in before.
“I just wanna love my wife, I’ve been away from her the whole camp. I just wanna spend some time with her.”
