Arman Tsarukyan stuns fans on social media ahead of UFC 311
It’s generally not a surprise to see Arman Tsarukyan looking in phenomenal shape heading into a fight week. But he appears to be looking better than ever, and a pair of photos shared across social media from his camp have gone viral, being viewed over 1.2million times.
Fans are amazed by his physique, with many thinking he looks so good that it has to be helped by performance enhancers. However, Tsarukyan has never failed a drugs test in his career and appears to be fully clean for this fight as well.
“This guy might have the best physique in the UFC,” one keen fan wrote, with another asking “How does one get abs this defined?” Another few comments made the same point that “Bro is looking like a spartan.”
However, others weren’t so impressed, noting that bodies don’t win fights and comparing him to other famously shredded fighters such as Michael Chandler. “I mean yeah he’s jacked,” one wrote. “He kind of just looks like that all the time. I wouldn’t interpret it as being predictive of how he will fare in the fight.”
Another claimed that Tsarukyan has “Too much muscle,” and made the prediction that “He may gas out,” in the fight. He was also compared to Logan Paul, who has a famously impressive physique which is also regularly accused of being unnatural.
Arman Tsarukyan claimed he’s ‘not 100 per cent invested’ in MMA before UFC 311
Tsarukyan’s physical condition seems to indicate something a little different to his recent claims that he is not all in on the sport of MMA. Ahead of the fight, a pal in his training camp was spotted on camera asking him if he is still completely invested in his UFC goals.
“You told us yourself that you aren’t 100% invested in MMA and that there are a lot of guys out there who work harder,” his friend asked in a video uploaded to his YouTube channel days out from the biggest fight of his career.
“And yet, you are one step away from becoming the best lightweight on the planet. Have you ever asked yourself ‘What if I was 100% invested in MMA?'”
Tsarukyan appeared to agree with his assessment, before pondering: “Well, now we will see. The title fight will show if a man who is not 100% invested in this business can still make it.”
