The Liver King is undeniably a physical specimen, with one of the most chiseled physiques on the planet, but could he get Shavkat Rakhmonov onboard with his raw meat diet?
The welterweight contender is scheduled to fight Ian Garry tomorrow night at UFC 310, inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

Henri Hooft reveals if Shavkat Rakhmonov would ever eat like The Liver King
On November 10, a group of determined fighters from the iconic Kill Cliff gym decided to take on one of the most physically demanding challenges in human history — The Barbarian.
The mixed martial artists had to walk an entire mile, carrying two 70 lbs kettlebells, 70 lbs in a backpack,10 lbs ankle weights, and 120 lbs clipped on a sled.
The owner of the gym, Henri Hooft, watched on in awe as, one by one, his students crossed the finish line, earning a $100,000 donation from The Liver King himself.
Unsurprisingly, it wasn’t easy, with the athletes having to dig deep to get through the course designed by one of America’s most ripped individuals, who has previously completed the task with a spring in his step.

With that in mind, we asked Hooft whether he or, indeed, any of the stars in his gym, including Shavkat Rakhmonov and Gilbert Burns, would ever try the social media star’s diet.
In an exclusive interview with Bloody Elbow, he said: “The fighters are all on special diets. They have to cut weight in this sport. Everybody does it in their own way, so long as they can make the weight and have the energy to fight. We have professional people around us, of course.
“But I don’t know if I can get shredded like that anymore. I’m an old guy. So, I like to eat liver, that’s a fact. I like to eat horse meat too. However, my body doesn’t change. But he looks in shape to me.”
Mark Coleman completes The Barbarian
If the fighters needed any more motivation to successfully get to the end of the course, then they got it in the form of Mark Coleman, who went above and beyond to prove he’s still got it.
At the age of 59, the former UFC champion dragged 350 pounds to the very end, in a moment that was truly special.
Hooft was utterly blown away by the achievement, claiming that the American’s accomplishment is nothing short of amazing because of the obstacles he’s faced in his personal life.
