Dana White has impressed almost everyone with his incredible body transformation.
In 2022, the UFC boss was shocked into action when Gary Brecka, a human biologist and mortality expert, predicted he has just 10.4 years left to live.
White began looking after himself and ultimately lost around 40lbs, which has amazingly cured several long-term health issues and left him ‘feeling 35 again’.
The 55-year-old has bulging abs and often shows them off on social media where he’s showered with praise for getting in shape as an older man – but one of his pals doesn’t like White’s new look.

White and the recently re-elected American president have a friendship that dates back 25 years, so they aren’t afraid to speak their minds around each other.
During an interview with Tucker Carlson, White revealed that Donald Trump is one of the few people to tell him he looked better before losing a ton of weight.
The MMA mogul poked fun at Trump’s diet, which is largely made up of junk food and soda, before insisting that it clearly works for the 45th and 47th U.S. president as he functions at an extremely high level.
White said: “He’ll sit at the fights with me all night. All night, you’re talking like six hours. So, I’ll ask him, ‘Do you want a water?’ ‘No, no, no’. And somebody will bring him over a Coke, and he’ll drink Coke.
“I’ve never seen him drink water, ever. I’m not saying he doesn’t drink water. I’m just saying I’ve never seen it. And we’re friends and I’ve been around him a long time and a lot.
“It works for him. The energy level, he’s unstoppable and it works for him. Big Macs, Milky Ways, and Cokes.
“I told him, ‘Listen, you’ve got to do this’. He’s like, ‘Ah, you’re too thin. You looked better before’. Yeah, he said that he says it all the time. ‘I don’t like too thin. I like some size’.
“He’s a different animal because I was doing the same thing – minus the Coca-Cola – and I had one foot in the grave. And I’m 55, not 78. He’s a different animal. He’s an absolute beast. This guy doesn’t sleep, he works hard, he flies everywhere, he’s a savage, an absolute animal.”
Will Donald Trump attend UFC 309?
Trump is a massive MMA fan who often attends UFC events.
As a New Yorker, he’d usually be in the front row when White puts a show on in the city, as he will at Madison Square Garden on November 16.
Ahead of his recent election victory, Trump talked up a middleweight prospect Bo Nickal during an appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast. After learning that Nickal will fight at UFC 309 next weekend, the president-elect addressed his potential attendance.
“You know Bo Nickal?” Trump asked Rogan while discussing the injuries he suffered during an assassination attempt in July, which he feared would give him cauliflower ear like wrestling-based MMA fighters.
“How’s he going to do? I think he’s terrific, he was, like, almost undefeated in college.
“When is he fighting again? After the election? So, I’ll either go as President or I’ll be depressed, and I won’t bother going, I think they’re having a fight right after.”
