Dana White is fully focused on his leading role with the UFC.
The MMA mogul was front and center alongside Tesla CEO Elon Musk as election results rolled in and Donald Trump was declared the country’s 47th President on Tuesday evening.
White shouted out UFC commentator Joe Rogan as he gave a brief celebratory speech at the Palm Beach County Convention Center Florida.
Musk is expected to have a role in Trump’s new administration and White’s close relationship with the president has led to speculation that he could be involved as well.

Dana White rules out move into politics
The UFC boss insists he has no desire to launch a new career in politics.
From running the UFC, Power Slap and contemplating a move into the world of boxing, White already has his hands full, so he’s content sitting on the sidelines when it comes to politics.
“Donald Trump is one of my very good friends,” White said through a spokesperson to SBJ.
“He did a great job in his last term as President, and I know he will do an even better job the next four years.
“I have no personal political aspirations.”
Although they won’t be taking their relationship to the next level, it seems certain that White and Trump will continue their friendship, which dates back 25 years and has been strengthened by their shared love of MMA.

Will Donald Trump be at UFC 309?
Trump is a massive MMA fan, who thanks to his friendship with the big boss, can get the best seat in the house anytime he wants to attend a UFC show.
The 78-year-old gets rousing receptions every time he makes his grand arrival at events, including UFC 302 in June, which was the last time he attended one of White’s shows
Jon Jones is set to headline UFC 309 at Madison Square Garden on November 16.
He’ll face former two-time champion Stipe Miocic in a heavyweight title fight.
Trump is a New Yorker and it’s a card he’d usually be sitting in the front row for.
Ahead of his recent election victory, Trump talked up a middleweight prospect Bo Nickal during an appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast. After learning that Nickal will fight at UFC 309, the president-elect addressed his potential attendance.
“You know Bo Nickal?” Trump asked Rogan while discussing the injuries he suffered during an assassination attempt in July, which he feared would give him cauliflower ear like wrestling-based MMA fighters.
“How’s he going to do? I think he’s terrific, he was, like, almost undefeated in college.
“When is he fighting again? After the election? So, I’ll either go as President or I’ll be depressed, and I won’t bother going, I think they’re having a fight right after.”
