Mike Tyson reveals his fight against Jake Paul may not be his last

Despite his ongoing health concerns and the fact he is 58 years old, Tyson has revealed that his fight against ‘The Problem Child’ may not be his last inside the ring, as he has already been offered other fights.

“Listen, I lost I got beat in my last pro fight when I fought, I lost and got beat, I stopped fighting for a while, I recuperated, let’s do it again, let me start all over and start doing it again at this level, you don’t have to stop doing what you love doing,” Tyson said on the Pound 4 Pound Podcast.

“The sky is the limit, they offered me some other stuff too, to be honest with you, I never told anyone but yeah, they offered me some other stuff,” Tyson revealed.

This news may come as a concern to the large majority of the fanbase, despite the fact that Tyson seems to have won many over with his training videos and images of the phenomenal shape he is in.

With the influencer boxing world continuing to grow year by year, bigger names are subsequently entering the ring, and Tyson is the biggest thus far.

However, Paul recently stated that this may be his final boxing fight as he prepares to enter the world of MMA and make his debut under the PFL banner in the first quarter of next year.

Mike Tyson on the current state of boxing with Turki Alalshikh

After hitting a huge lull period in the sport, boxing has been reinvigorated with excitement since Turki Alalshikh began getting involved in the sport.

Historically, the fans’ issue with boxing is that the best don’t always fight the best, and this is because of there, more often than not, being mandatory contenders because of the rankings, etc.

Despite that Turki Alalshikh has been able to put together some of the best fights in recent memory, such as Tyson Fury vs Oleksandr Usyk.

“He’s not looking to make money, there’s no way he’s looking to make money but he’s just making boxing a better sport right now, he really is. He’s not handling boxing like a business, he’s handling it like (a playground),” Tyson stated.

Tyson vs Paul goes down from the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on November 15 and will air exclusively on Netflix.
