‘I’ve never seen anything like that’… fans react as Shara ‘Bullet’ Magomedov knocks out opponent with double-spinning back fist at UFC 308

Shara Magomedov has just landed one of the greatest knockouts of all time, connecting with a beautiful double-spinning back fist to render Armen Petrosyan unconscious at UFC 308.

The Russian sensation left the spectators inside the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, UAE, in awe of his sensational creativity.

Shara ‘Bullet’ Magomedov has sent shockwaves through the middleweight division, with a truly devastating finish.

In an entertaining fight, the two warriors inside the cage, exchanged leather at a frantic pace, with each landing an array of impressive kicks.

As the fight rolled on, Shara Bullet took several low blows, with the referee having to have words with Armen Petrosyan.

But rather than wallowing in self-pity, the Dagestani used the fouls as fuel to his fire, connecting with a stunning sequence.

He initially rotated and landed a right-spinning back fist. But he wasn’t done there. The fighter then turned the other way, nailing Petrosyan with the left hand, to send his rival crashing towards the canvas.

The historic finish has prompted a massive reaction from the MMA community, with many heading to Twitter to voice their opinions.

One said: “I wasn’t on the Shara Bullet hype train. Emphasis on wasn’t. I legitimately don’t think I’ve ever seen that before.”

While another added: “I have been very critical of Shara Magomedov, but that was wicked. I’ve never seen anything quite like that.”

While Shara Bullet certainly delivered tonight, he isn’t the only competitor to have given the fans an entertaining bout.

Mateusz Rebecki and Myktybek Orolbai put on one of the greatest fights of the year, with a war that left both men covered in blood.

The pair laid it all on the line, earning a standing ovation from the crowd.

And most impressively, they both overcame horrific injuries to make it to the final bell.
