Michael Bisping claims he chased a thief because he stole his wife’s bag

With lethal kickboxing skills and world-class cardio, Michael Bisping is definitely someone you don’t want chasing after you.

However, a thief in France supposedly found himself in this very reality, when he allegedly attempted to steal the fighter’s wife’s bag.

Recalling the ordeal, in a video uploaded to Twitter, Bisping explained: “I’m here at the world-famous Hall of Mirrors at the Palace of Versailles having a walk around, but earlier today, I had to stop a crime.

“Sitting there having breakfast with Rebecca in the streets of Montmartre, Paris, and some little s**t snatches Rebecca’s bag, runs away.

At this point, the MMA legend claims he headed off in pursuit of the alleged thief and eventually managed to catch him before giving him a kick.

He continued: “So, I chase after him, get a hold of him, he had the bag already hidden in like a towel.

“Got the bag off him; he didn’t speak a word of English, obviously. Didn’t do anything to him. Got the bag back. He was s**tting his pants, poor guy. He was like, ‘Please, please, please, oh merci, merci, merci’. I was like, ‘Ooh’.

“Anyway, I let him go, turned around, boom, just gave him a nice little kick up the a**. Little s**t. Anyway, got the bag back, all is good.”

Michael Bisping says Chael Sonnen punched him so hard, he thought he was ‘In the middle of a field on a bike’

Dealing with alleged thieves in France isn’t the only piece of adversity Bisping has ever had to overcome.

In his MMA career, the Englishman had countless tough opponents in front of him, including Chael Sonnen, who punched him so hard he was transported to the ‘middle of a field on a bike’.

‘The Count’ has recently recalled what he experienced during this bizarre period, opening up about exactly what he could see around him, including what was in the field.
