Tyron Woodley responds to allegation he was ‘paid’ to lose to Jake Paul
On August 29, 2021, at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, Jake Paul battled through adversity to beat Tyron Woodley on the scorecards.
Later that year, on December 18, the pair engaged in a rematch at the Amalie Arena in Florida, USA, after ‘The Chosen One’ stepped up on late notice when Tommy Fury had to withdraw from the event due to ESTA issues.
In the sixth round of the second bout, Paul landed a crushing right hand that sent his opponent crashing towards the canvas.
However, one man, insisting that he’s Woodley’s cousin, claims that there was a financial incentive for the MMA legend to take the shot.
